The light in the film wasn't really creating an effect ,but with the slow camera movement and the high tone of music in the background as it felt like a sad atmosphere, the camera quickly descended onto the dead girl in the river here hand stuck out in the flow of the water it gave a great effect of the life from her body was rushing out down into the water. later on in the film when the boy was in the phone booth a black car drove past with a big engine instantly it gave me the impression of superiority and a sense of a person who likes to look good, when the cigarette got flicked out of the car it came like a threat to me.
